Brother Nature..was a project I had the good fortune of being involved with. After the Toxik thing I went out to California to see what I could find....Well I found a wife and a different life..there is more to it than that obviously but I don't want anyone snoring at my website..so I will spare you the gory details. Back in New York I landed a teaching gig at a local music store and one of the kids that worked there kept telling me about his sisters boyfriend who turned out to be the ALL OUT drum God ..so in short order Paul Dirito and I set out to get it going..shortly there after we hooked up with a great Bass Player and all around lunatic named Chandler Green (..last I heard of him he was living on the beach in Hawai teaching Flamenco dancing...Chandler where are you ??? ) Chandler suggested we check out this other cat that I had known from my earlier Years ..Tom Oliver, who is a gifted guitar player/Singer/sonwriter in his own right..Tom had a great sense of harmony and to this day I have never worked as well vocaly with anyone. We wrote all in all probably 40 tunes total and stayed together for a couple of years. Long enough to record a demo down in Tampa at Morrisound.. ( Again Tom Morris the Toxik Producer was behind the controls and did a fantastic job ) and a full length CD " HOMEGROWN" ..no budget no glitz just a straight forward rock record that we did on a shoe string..after the recording we sort of lost interest and ended up breaking up in 1999..
Tom and Paul are busy right now working on tunes for a new group and Tom has released " several " independent cd's under the name "The Waterfall 67" we all still talk ..except for the Dance instructor ( Chandler come home ) ....this is a turning point in music for me and I am very proud of our disc. Go to songs and listen to a track..if you like it I still have a few copies..check it out!
